The STREAM system has provided Scandinavian House with the ability to efficiently manage their deliveries through route optimisation, while a customer portal gives retailers and their partners real-time information throughout the order to delivery life cycle. A driver mobile app. enables electronic capture of signatures and pictures as proof of delivery, while in-flight driver tracking gives customers the ability to view their delivery progress in real-time on a map.

With a team of judges made up of senior industry specialists, the James and James eCommerce Awards are uniquely valuable accolades. The judges are senior managers at leading retailers and third party logistics providers and look for outstanding services, focusing on innovation, outstanding design and service excellence.
Who are the eCommerce awards for?
eCommerce retailers servicing consumers from any industry sectors who can demonstrate innovation and excellence in the respective category area. Any eCommerce business can apply provided it sell something over the web (the website has a function to take a payment and process an order) - it does not even need to be a physical product. As this is focused for eCommerce retailers, service providers are welcome enter in partnership with a retailer, with the focus remaining on the retailer.
