Since October 2014 NotHS have offered integration via an API, so we are now able to automatically retrieve orders from the NotHS platform using thier API. This will no doubt come as a welcome relief to many retailers who have had long standing issues integrating with NotHS in the past.
Orders are automatically retrieved and added to our fulfilment platform once NotHS validates payment, allowing you to track the process online at any time.
Our Not on the High Street fulfilment allows us to capture, pick, pack and despatch the orders on the same day, with order processing beginning within minutes of receiving the order.
Cost-effective and Streamlined NotHS Fulfilment
We collect comprehensive data for each order, including all ordered items, addresses and contact details. This allows us to evaluate the most cost-effective postal carrier for the customer's needs, reducing our clients postage bill and rationalising customs processing for international orders.
SKU-code-based matching guarantees 100% picking accuracy of the items to be fulfilled in the order, including where colour and size variations are present. Codes can even be mapped to multiple bundled orders of several items.
When an order is ready to ship, a notification is automatically sent to Not on the High Street. This contains shipping details, an accurate despatch time and a tracking number if applicable. Order status is then updated in your NotHS account.
NotHS can then automatically send shipping confirmation to your customer. Using your email address and brand, our ControlPort system can also send an email directly to the customer containing the order confirmation and a link to its status on a live tracking system.
Our integration with NotHS allows removal of all manual intervention. The instant receipt of orders and dispatch notifications will improve the customer experience and thus reduce customer service calls.
