Response handling by phone, post or fax can be processed, including payment processing by debit/credit card, cheques and postal orders. Orders will be processed immediately via our secure cloud servers to our mail order fulfilment house, ensuring that orders can be despatched the same day.
The customers' details are saved using our integrated CRM system, so all the information captured is available in a well organised, searchable database.
