Which is a major upgrade to our cloud-based software platform - including a completely new interface and major functionality improvements. ControlPort portal has a cleaner and more user-friendly interface, and now includes additional filter tools, allowing instant and accurate data mining of transactions.
We have upgraded everything to provide you with the best possible control of your data. All pages are now more structured which allows you to view every detail imaginable about your orders and stock. ControlPort provides the ability for users to view order and stock information from a simple snapshot or drilled down to the highest level of detail.
Each section of ControlPort now has its own overview page offering a snapshot of live information about your orders, products and deliveries at a glance.
This powerful new tool puts you firmly in control of your data for analysis for better understanding and business planning.
Our own performance KPIs are now displayed in ControlPort so you can see at a glance exactly how well we are performing for you.
In addition to the comprehensive data analysis options, ControlPort uses a system of ‘earmarking’ stock against orders as they are taken, rather than when the item is picked and packed. This avoids the problem of placing and accepting orders for stock that has already been sold, especially useful for peak sales periods such as Christmas.
If you want to know when a particular event in the warehouse or your portal happens, you now have the ability to set an email notification; from low stock levels to when an invalid address is detected on an order and everything else in between.
