Watch back: The Scale Up event

On 6 July 2022, we were thrilled to welcome lots of new and familiar faces to our Northampton site for our Scale Up event, themed around the hot topic of operational excellence.

It was a great day, with plenty of networking, two insightful talks, and an extremely productive Q&A session. We also took our guests on a sightseeing tour of our fulfilment centre, which always goes down quite the treat!

A huge shout out and thank you to our guest speakers, Stephen Sunley from TALA, and Tony Knaggs from the Northamptonshire Chamber of Commerce. Your presentations were extremely informative; it’s safe to say that we all learned a lot from you both!

Stephen covered some great topics, from how to keep track of your inventory health to a deep discussion of people vs technology in the eCommerce industry. Likewise, Tony delivered a fascinating talk on the business planning cycle for eCommerce brands. They also had plenty of questions thrown their way in our Q&A section!
