Lessons in successfully scaling up

As seen by many on Dragons’ Den, entrepreneur Hanna Sillitoe launched a blog in 2015 which led to her publishing her first, best-selling book ‘Radiant’ in 2017. From there, she launched Radiant retreats, meal box deliveries, and her very own skincare range.

When she began her kitchen table range, things looked different from how they are now. She’d pack everything herself, load it into bags and turn up at the post office holding the queue up for half an hour. Living in a remote cottage location, she couldn’t arrange a courier collection either. Now, she’s working with scientists and manufacturing her products in batches of 5,000. Demand is higher than ever.

In this webinar, Hanna joins founder of James and James eCommerce Fulfilment, James Hyde, to share key learnings and insights into scaling up a multi-channel brand, and to discuss the importance of partnering with specialists expertise to support such rapid growth.

James and James Fulfilment

It all began in 2010, when James Hyde and James Strachan couldn’t find a modern shipping service for the eCommerce business they ran. Faced with messy warehouses based on out-dated systems, they decided to build their own.

We’ve not stood still since, helping hundreds of online brands scale up – and scaling with them.
