The store\u2019s highlights include a cherry-picked collection of some of the best CBD oil products available in the UK.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p>Joining J&amp;J was one of the best decisions we\u2019ve made since we launched the store.<\/p><cite><strong>Daniel,<\/strong><br>Director<\/cite><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n<section class=\"cs-highlight   pink wow fadeInUp\" data-wow-delay=\"0.2s\">\n            <div class=\"highlight\"><p><!-- wp:heading --><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Challenge<\/h2>\n<p><!-- \/wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>The CBD oil company initially used a combination of dropshipping and in-house fulfilment to get items to customers, but with awareness and sales growing, they decided to look for an alternative solution.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<\/div>\n    <\/section>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What we created<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><em>for the Ageless<\/em>\u00a0explored multiple options prior to outsourcing to J&amp;J. \u201cOne option was to own or rent our own warehouse, and have a team in charge of packing and dispatching,\u201d Daniel explained. \u201cBut because we wanted to keep the company small, we decided to outsource.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe found J&amp;J Global Fulfilment online after much research. We chose them for their ethical and organic standards, and slick software system and processes. We wanted to spend more time providing customer service and less time worrying about packing orders. We also wanted to be able to hold fresh stock in their state-of-the-art fulfilment centre.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And so, J&amp;J advised on how it could help the brand achieve all of these objectives, and a partnership was created.<\/p>\n\n\n<section class=\"cs-highlight   light-green wow fadeInUp\" data-wow-delay=\"0.2s\">\n            <div class=\"highlight\"><p><!-- wp:heading {\"level\":3} --><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What we delivered<\/h3>\n<p><!-- \/wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>We demonstrated our expertise and capabilities to reassure that outsourcing was the right way to go for the company.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Daniel said, \u201cStarting to work with J&amp;J was daunting at first \u2013 there was a lot to learn and it was difficult to let go of many of the processes that we used to run in-house. Soon, it became clear that joining J&amp;J was one of the best decisions we\u2019ve made since we launched the store. Instead of picking and packing orders ourselves, we\u2019ve been able to better focus on customer service and strategy. As a result, we\u2019ve seen substantial growth.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>\u201cJ&amp;J\u2019s ControlPort\u2122 software ticked all the boxes for us in terms of level of efficiency and nearly no errors thanks to each product being scanned before packing.
