Most beauty boxes are built the same way. Brands are asked what stock they have available, products are chosen to make the box look valuable, and the whole thing is curated to impress at first glance rather than actually help anyone.<\/h4>\n

Adriana Furlotti had seen this up close. Working as a beauty account manager at one of the UK\u2019s first TikTok Shop partner agencies, she\u2019d watched the process play out more than once. She thought she could take a different approach.<\/p>\n

Her approach was simple but radical. Skincare is full of trial and error; people spend money on products that don\u2019t work for them, accumulate half-used bottles and jars, and still don\u2019t really know what their skin needs. Sampling is supposed to solve that, but only if the products are chosen with that goal in mind.<\/p>\n

What if every box was built around a complete routine: products that actually work together, selected in partnership with creators who\u2019ve already earned their audience\u2019s trust?<\/p>\n

That\u2019s REGIMES. Adriana left her job in September 2024 and launched the brand a few months later, with her first box built in collaboration with a dermatologist with over 1.6 million followers. She went big immediately, and she needed a fulfilment partner to match.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n\n

Ready for TikTok Shop\u2019s demands<\/h3>\n

Selling on TikTok Shop isn\u2019t like selling anywhere else. Orders need to go out within two days, or sellers receive violations that directly impact their traffic and visibility. For a brand built on creator partnerships \u2013 where a video can go viral overnight, and demand can spike with little warning \u2013 she needed a trustworthy partner that wouldn\u2019t ruin the credibility of her newly created business or the creators she was working with.<\/p>\n

Adriana knew this going in. It was one of the first things she raised with J&J, and it\u2019s been one of the things we\u2019ve delivered on consistently since launch.<\/p>\n

A platform that actually gives you control<\/h3>\n

Before founding REGIMES, Adriana had spent years working around fulfilment operations. She knew inventory visibility varied wildly between providers. What she found with ControlPort\u2122 genuinely surprised her.<\/p>\n

Through the platform, she tracks stock levels, monitors assembled units in real time, and keeps a close eye on incoming orders from both her sales channels. When she showed it to her friend, who\u2019s been running their own warehouse for years, and they couldn\u2019t quite believe what they were looking at. She\u2019d just assumed it was standard.<\/p>\n

Built to grow internationally<\/h3>\n

REGIMES have bigger ambitions than the UK. Adriana has her eye on the US and Europe, and J&J\u2019s global fulfilment network means she won\u2019t need to start that process from scratch when the time comes. The infrastructure is already there.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n\n
