While these updates won\u2019t include every tweak and fix (since we roll out improvements weekly), they will highlight the changes we think will make the biggest impact for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since this is our first edition, we\u2019re kicking things off with a look back at the most important updates we\u2019ve made since November 2024. Then, in July, we\u2019ll share the next Quarterly Update\u2014covering everything major from April through June\u2014and continue from there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And don\u2019t worry: if we roll out something particularly exciting (like what we\u2019ll be announcing in a few weeks), you\u2019ll get a dedicated update for that, too).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"november-2024\"><\/span><strong>November 2024<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Postage Estimator \u2013 Improved Stability<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To ensure a smoother experience across the board, we\u2019ve made a change to how postage estimators handle rate requests.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The change provides greater visibility of progress as the estimator gathers the data from the available shipping services during complex lookups\u2014especially when working with many country and weight combinations.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Automatic Product Retirement<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ControlPort\u2122&nbsp; now supports automatic product retirement. You can allow products to be retired automatically after being inactive for a configurable period of time, helping you keep your catalogue lean and accurate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"january-2025\"><\/span><strong>January 2025<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Stock Pool Instructions<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You can now retrieve a detailed list of your stock pools, including the warehouse IDs they\u2019re linked to. It\u2019s handy when managing multiple locations or preparing for peak periods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Shopify Integration Improvements<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Inventory Levels Page \u2013 Performance Boost<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong>The Inventory page within the Shopify Channel on ControlPort\u2122 has been improved and can now handle even the biggest catalogues.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Order Lookup by Reference<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong>In rare instances, an order might not sync perfectly between Shopify and ControlPort\u2122. Now, you can look up an order by reference and instantly view the live status and details, making issue resolution much quicker.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"february-2025\"><\/span><strong>February 2025<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Brand &amp; Stock Pool Overview<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Quickly view a complete list of your brands and the stock pools they sit within. A simple update, but a big time-saver when reviewing setups or troubleshooting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Order Types \u2013 More Flexibility<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Two powerful additions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Create\/Update Orders:<\/strong> You can now create Non-Standard and B2B\/Wholesale orders via API.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Order List View:<\/strong> Enhanced visibility of order instructions, delivery options, and registration numbers.<br><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Bug Fix \u2013 FedEx Estimated Quote Display<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>We\u2019ve squashed a bug that was preventing estimated shipping quotes from appearing when creating a new order \u2013 specifically for clients with direct FedEx FIC pricing. All fixed now!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Unfulfilled Orders Report<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Stay on top of your Shopify orders with a brand-new report that contains:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A summary of unfulfilled orders that may need immediate action.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The ability to mark Shopify orders as fulfilled inside ControlPort\u2122<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A detailed table showing all unfulfilled orders and how they compare with ControlPort\u2122 statuses. Ideal for catching and resolving stock discrepancies before they become bigger issues.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"bonus-feature-customisable-dashboards-now-live\"><\/span><strong>Bonus Feature: Customisable Dashboards Now Live!<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We recently released one of the most significant ControlPort\u2122 updates to date: Customisable Dashboards.
