Returns are inevitable. What you do with them determines the impact on your margin. Our refurbishment service assesses returned items, carries out light restoration work – steam cleaning, lint rolling, removing cosmetic marks – and returns salvageable stock to your inventory, ready for resale.
Unsalvageable items are handled in line with your agreed instructions, including disposal, recycling, or return to your HQ.
