Only pay for the space you use
We tailor storage costs to your needs. Choose between two straightforward options based on your inventory size and order volume.
For small, fast-moving items, we place them in pick storage, ensuring swift delivery. Our unique approach to measuring items during ‘Goods In’ means you only pay for the space you use. The more you sell, the less you pay.
If you deal with larger items, manage substantial inventory, or handle occasional wholesale orders, our pallet store option is available. This is charged at a cost-effective, fixed weekly fee.
Get real-time stock visibility
As part of the Goods In process, we ensure that every item sent to us is barcoded and logged in ControlPortâ„¢. This barcode allows us to track where each item is stored, and when it is picked and packed for delivery.
Retailers get full visibility of this data too, in real-time, through ControlPort™. So, even though your stock isn’t in your own fulfillment warehouse, you always know where it is and how much you’ve got.

Never sell an out-of-date product
Best before dates and serial numbers are recoded in our order fulfillment software. We segregate batches and follow a strict standard of first-in, first-out (FIFO) fulfillment.
Retailers can also specify and trace which batches are used for specific orders, ensuring you never sell or waste an out-of-date product.
What’s more, our organic fulfillment warehouse certification and five-star hygiene rating means we’re the first choice for food, drink and supplement retailers.
5-step order fulfillment process
Warehousing is part of our 5-step our order fulfillment process. We also take care of everything else – from receiving stock to picking and packing, shipping and returns.
Step 1
Goods in
Ship your products to any of our global fulfillment centers. We inspect, measure, and photograph your items, and upload all the details to our platform, ControlPortâ„¢.
Step 2
Warehousing
Once checks are complete, we place your goods into clean, safe storage, optimizing space for each item to ensure cost efficiency. You only pay for what you use.
Step 3
Picking & packing
Once a customer has made an order, our team use J&J’s custom-built tech to pick and pack your products, with 99.9% pick and pack precision.
Step 4
Shipping
We swiftly ship your orders worldwide via our carrier network. We negotiate carrier costs on your behalf to ensure cost-savings a range of shipping services.
Step 5
Returns
We handle the hassle of returns so you don’t have to. We check, refund if needed, and prepare suitable goods for resale. Your customers can track returns, too.
We did our own fulfillment prior to J&J and we simply ran out of room. With regards to visibility on stock and fulfillment, it was a real challenge for us with the space that we had and also the workforce as well.
