James and James will be exhibiting at this year’s Internet Retailing Expo (IRX), which returns to the NEC in Birmingham on 13 and 14 October. This is a must-attend event for retailers, providing knowledge, insight, and inspiration to ensure you can keep up with what’s happening in the wider retail industry.

Meet the James and James team

The James and James team is looking forward to meeting you at stand C62, outside the VIP and speaker lounge, where they’ll be on hand to talk about how we can help you scale your direct-to-consumer online business with our eCommerce order fulfilment.

Head to the theatre

The in-person, free to all IRX conference is back and bigger than ever. The programme features top speakers mixed with fascinating case studies and real-life next-gen technology examples.

On Thursday 14 October at 11.15am, James Hyde, founder of James and James Fulfilment, will be joined by Dragons’ Den entrepreneur and skin healing expert Hanna Sillitoe, as well as Rob Forkan, founder of Gandys International on the main stage. The triad of founders will be sharing lessons and learnings in scaling up an online D2C brand, as well as discussing how retailers can ensure a consistently positive customer experience at every stage of the purchase journey. In creating a brand from a standing start, the founders will divulge secrets to their own success and the challenging steps they’ve had to take to get there.
