What a way to start the New Year!
An achievement over 10 years in the making, reaching 20 million orders fulfilled is something we only dreamed of all those years ago. It’s been an incredible journey up to this point, with plenty of ups (and yes, downs!), but we wouldn’t change any of it for the world.
This incredible milestone could not have been reached without the talented and hardworking teams in every corner of our business, from fulfillment staff to tech, operations to sales; every person and every department has played a crucial role in the James and James success story.
And of course, where would we be without our fabulous clients? Clients we learn from every day, who encourage us to keep thinking outside the box, to continuously improve, to be the best fulfillment partner we can be.
