On 21 February 2023, faces new and old joined us at our Northampton HQ for two talks, networking, and a tour of our fulfilment centre.

Our first speaker, our very own James Hyde, spoke about ways eCommerce businesses can continue to grow during a recession.

James discussed ways to improve and optimise aspects of the businesses that internal stakeholders can control, such as marketing, culture, inventory management, and more. He argued that by focusing on areas that aren’t prioritised when trading is good, eCommerce brands can come out the other side of a recession in a better position than ever.

Our second speaker, Adam Prosser of digital marketing agency Active Internet Marketing and Web 3 specialist agency Maxamist, gave some expert advice on actionable steps that eCommerce brands can take to improve their search engine visibility.

He touched on product page SEO, mobile optimisation, FAQs, and more.

Our guests enjoy plenty of networking time, a tour behind the scenes of our fulfilment centre and offices, and, of course, some drinks and nibbles.

A great day all-round. For those who missed it, you can watch our speaker’s talks below.
