Tala wanted a fulfilment partner that could help a new business with a small team to expand globally.

James and James were able to offer advice from the in-house fulfilment consultants and their custom-built technology, ControlPort, that ensures all products have customs declarations.

Tala’s popularity has generated a demand for their products internationally and for a business that was founded during Brexit and just before the pandemic, this has presented some challenges.

Things like customs are quite a difficult topic, especially since Brexit. We have to use customs declarations on a lot more orders. One of the things we’re proud of is we can ship worldwide and for a small brand that was a really big selling point to increase our global customer audience. James and James can help with that with the technology and things in place to make sure we’re always getting our customs declarations on our products when needed and they are always filled in accurately to prevent any returns and issues which would be a big task to undertake ourselves.
