One of the UK’s leading eCommerce fulfilment specialists, J&J Global Fulfilment, has appointed Geoff Taylor as UK Managing Director, joining on 1 September 2026.
Geoff succeeds Emma Dempsey, who led J&J as CEO until her departure earlier this year. The appointment opens a new chapter for J&J as the business continues to grow under the QLS Group. Geoff joins with a commercial mandate to deepen relationships with all customers, strengthen J&J’s UK proposition, and drive the next phase of growth.
Geoff brings strong commercial leadership experience to the role. He spent a decade at iForce as part of its Executive Team and, more recently, was Managing Director at AEB International, a supply chain software solutions business, for over 9 years, delivering a 370% increase in revenue.

His background directly complements where J&J is heading, with a commercial focus that’s supported by technology and operational excellence. Priorities in the position include advancing automation within J&J’s UK fulfilment operations, developing its parcel services offering, and building on the technology capabilities, backed by a human approach that sets J&J apart.
In addition to his UK responsibilities, Geoff will also sit on the QLS Group board and report directly to Quincy Boogers, Group CEO. His appointment means the Group now has Managing Directors across its key territories (UK, Europe, and North America), as it continues to grow internationally.
Quincy Boogers, Group CEO of QLS, said: “Geoff’s appointment is a true statement of intent for J&J in the UK. His decades of commercial experience and leadership are exactly what we need to take the business forward through our next period of growth.”
Geoff Taylor, UK Managing Director of J&J Global Fulfilment, said: “I am delighted to be joining J&J and the wider QLS group during this exciting phase for our business. In a cluttered fulfilment market, we are perfectly placed to differentiate ourselves with investment in automation and new solutions that will provide critical support to retailers looking to establish true fulfilment partnerships”
