One of the UK’s leading eCommerce fulfilment specialists, J&J Global Fulfilment, has announced the appointment of Zak Hancock as USA Managing Director, effective 29 June 2026.
Zak’s appointment marks a significant step in strengthening J&J’s leadership structure in the United States, as the business continues its next phase of international growth. Reporting to Group leadership, Zak will also join the Group Board, ensuring direct USA representation as J&J and the wider QLS Group shape their strategic priorities and expansion plans.
In his role, Zak will lead the US business with a clear focus on operational excellence, customer confidence and commercial performance, while building a scalable platform to support long-term growth. His near-term priorities include developing the USA leadership team and deepening customer relationships across J&J’s American fulfilment operations. He will also help drive greater commercial focus into the US business, including developing local sales and account management capability to create new opportunities and better serve existing customers.
Zak brings extensive experience across fulfilment, warehousing and logistics. He joins J&J from FST Logistics, where he served as Chief Operating Officer, having spent almost seven years in senior operational and business leadership roles. Prior to FST, Zak spent more than seven years at GEODIS, where he served as Director of Operations.
