From total orders dispatched and most-used carriers to top destination countries and the combined weight shipped across our global fulfilment network, there’s a lot to unbox.

2025 Highlights
- We shipped over 8.9million orders across our global network in 2025. That represents a 29% increase over 2024!
- A brave order made a globe-trotting journey of almost 19,000km from the UK to New Zealand, making it the furthest distance an order travelled.
- Combined, all orders shipped last year weighed almost 12million kg. That’s a lot of elephants!
- Over 20million units left our fulfilment centres, which means the average order contained over 2 units.
- Royal Mail in the UK accounted for the majority of last-mile deliveries, with 59% of all orders going by Royal Mail.
