Yes. Fully recyclable packaging and void fill are used as standard across our fulfilment centres. If your brand requires specific non-recyclable materials (such as polybags), those can be accommodated as part of your packing specification. If sustainability is a core part of your brand positioning, your account manager can walk you through the available options during onboarding.

Yes. Pre-order stock can be received, allocated against existing orders, and despatched as soon as it arrives. For made-to-order or limited-run products, we can hold and release stock based on your instructions.

Yes. We fulfil B2B and D2C orders from a single fulfilment operation, so you don’t need a second provider when you expand into wholesale or retail. ControlPort™ lets you split inventory into separate stock pools for each channel, so a large wholesale order won’t eat into your D2C allocation and leave your online store out of stock.

We book 95%+ of inbound stock within 24 hours of arrival. Inbound deliveries can be scheduled in advance through the Booking In Calendar in ControlPort™, so your warehouse team is ready when stock arrives. For product drops and collection launches, this means new stock is live and available for picking as quickly as possible after delivery, with no delays waiting for unplanned goods-in processing

Yes. Try-before-you-buy creates higher return volumes, but the operational process is the same: receive, inspect, refurbish, restock. We already handle fashion return rates that are among the highest in eCommerce, so the volume and turnaround speed that try-on models require are built into the operation.

Both follow the same structured returns process. Every item is received, inspected, and graded. For refund returns, stock that passes inspection is refurbished and restocked for resale. For exchanges, a replacement order can be triggered once the return is received and processed. ControlPort™  gives you visibility of every return from receipt through to resolution, whether it ends in a restock, an exchange despatch, or a write-off.

Yes. We can poly-bag individual items, bundle multi-packs, and prepare stock for retail or marketplace requirements before it reaches the shelf. If your products need bagging, labelling, or re-packing as part of the inbound process, that’s handled as a standard service.

Orders received before the daily cut-off are picked, packed, and handed to the carrier the same day. Cut-off times vary by fulfilment centre:

• UK: 4pm (8pm for domestic Royal Mail shipments)
  USA: 2pm – 3pm
  Europe: 2pm
