We are thrilled to have been awarded the Employer of the Year Award at the Northamptonshire Business Excellence Awards 2021. The awards recognise exceptional businesses and business people based in Northampton, ranging from well-established global companies to exciting new ventures.
The Employer of the Year category recognises businesses that have created a stimulating and supportive work environment; and which have demonstrated a real commitment to the welfare of employees, resulting in high staff satisfaction levels and a well-motivated, ambitious and unified workforce.
