Yes. We offer a range of UK delivery services including next-day, named-day, and standard options. Carrier selection is managed through ControlPort™, and you can set default shipping rules or offer multiple delivery options at checkout through your eCommerce platform.

For beauty brands, we also ensure that any restricted products (fragrances, aerosols) are routed through carriers approved to handle them, regardless of the delivery speed selected.

ControlPort™ includes SLA tracking, pick and pack accuracy reporting, and carrier performance data as standard. You can monitor same-day despatch rates, track intake speed, compare delivery outcomes across carriers and regions, and view cost breakdowns per parcel.

All reporting is live, so you’re working from current data rather than waiting for end-of-month summaries.

Our warehouses operate in standard ambient conditions, which are suitable for the vast majority of cosmetics and skincare products. If your products have specific temperature requirements (such as certain active serums or formulations that degrade in heat), discuss this with your account manager during onboarding so we can assess whether our standard environment meets your product’s storage specifications.

Yes. Branded inserts are included as part of the standard packing process. Whether it’s a thank-you card, a QR code linking to a tutorial, a discount flyer, or a product care guide, inserts are added to every order as a default or applied conditionally based on rules you set in ControlPort™. If your inserts change seasonally or per campaign, swapping them is straightforward.

Every inbound consignment is checked during goods-in. If products are damaged, defective, or don’t match the expected quantities, they’re flagged in ControlPort™ immediately and quarantined separately from sellable stock. You’re notified with details of what was found so you can decide how to handle it, whether that’s a supplier claim, disposal, or return to sender. Damaged units never enter the pickable inventory.

Yes. Pre-orders can be received through your sales channels and held in ControlPort™ until the stock is booked in. Once the inventory lands and clears goods-in, those held orders are released into the picking queue automatically. This lets you sell ahead of a product launch or restock without manual intervention once the stock arrives.

Every variant (shade, size, formulation) is tracked as a distinct SKU in ControlPort™ from goods-in through to despatch. This means your foundation in 12 shades and 2 sizes is managed as 24 separate products, each with its own stock level, batch number, and expiry date. Barcode-verified picking ensures the correct variant ships every time, even when products look visually similar on the shelf.

ControlPort™ monitors every product’s BBE date from goods-in and sends automated alerts as stock approaches expiry. Stock rotation follows FIFO/FEFO rules, so the oldest or nearest-expiry units are always picked first. If stock reaches a threshold you define, you’ll receive an alert so you can decide whether to run a promotion, redirect to another channel, or arrange disposal.

Nothing expires without you knowing about it in advance.

Yes. ControlPort™ supports conditional inserts, so you can set rules to include samples, free gifts, or promotional items based on order value, product purchased, or any other criteria you define. You can also update these rules yourself without needing to raise a support request, so campaigns can be switched on and off as your marketing calendar requires.

Orders containing a mix of restricted and non-restricted products are routed through carriers approved to handle the restricted item. The entire order ships together via the compliant carrier rather than being split into separate shipments. This keeps the customer experience clean while maintaining full carrier compliance.

We support custom packaging as a core service, including branded boxes, mailers, tissue paper, and printed inserts. If your brand runs seasonal packaging for launches or gifting periods, we can switch between packaging configurations as needed.

Gift wrapping as a per-order add-on depends on complexity, so it’s worth discussing your specific requirements with your account manager during onboarding.

Yes. Aerosols are classified as dangerous goods for shipping purposes and require specific storage and carrier routing. We store aerosol products in compliance with warehouse safety regulations and route them through carriers approved to handle pressurised containers. The same process applies to other restricted beauty products like fragrances and alcohol-based formulas.

Orders received before the daily cut-off are picked, packed, and handed to the carrier the same day. Cut-off times vary by fulfilment centre: UK: 4pm (8pm for domestic Royal Mail shipments), USA: 2pm – 3pm, Europe: 2pm.
