Step 1: Enquire today
Get in touch for a bespoke quote from a Sales Consultant in as little as 24 hours. Once you’re happy with our proposal, you’ll join the Onboarding Team via a joint call.

Step 2: Get onboard
Our Onboarding Team will help you set up your products, brands, and sales channels on ControlPortâ„¢ and provide comprehensive training.

Step 3: Process stock
Prepare to send your stock to our fulfilment centre well before Peak, and we’ll process it upon arrival.

Step 4: Go live
Be ready for Black Friday, ensuring a seamless peak experience for your customers.
Can Your Business Join?
To be eligible to join the peak fast track programme you must meet all of the criteria below:

1,000+ orders per month
You must be shipping a minimum of 1,000 orders per month.

Stock by 12th November 2025
We’ll need your stock no later than 12th November 2025.

Forecasts
Submit your peak forecasts to the Sales Team before onboarding.

100 SKU Limit
You must have at most 100 SKUs for us to process before peak.

Standard integration
You must be able to use one of our outof-the-box integrations.

Barcodes & SKUs
All products must be barcoded and have their own unique SKU.

Meet Goods In & Pallet Requirements
One SKU per box, SKU and quantity on exterior packaging, ASN delivery slot booked.
