Goods in
Ship your products to our warehouse. We inspect, measure, and photograph your items, and add tracking details to our inventory management software, ControlPort™.
Step 2
Warehousing
Once checks are complete, we place your goods into clean, safe storage in ou rwarehouse , optimizing space for each item to ensure cost efficiency. You only pay for what you use.
Step 3
Picking & packing
When an order is placed, our team uses J&J’s custom-built tech to pick and pack your products, ready for shipping to wherever they are needed.
Step 4
Shipping
We swiftly ship orders through our carrier network. Save costs on shipping thanks to our economies of scale, and our Carrier Team regularly negotiates the best rates on your behalf.
Step 5
Returns management
All returns come back to us for rapid processing at our warehouse. We check, refund if needed, fix any damage, and prepare suitable goods for resale.
