Ship your products to any of our global fulfilment centres. We inspect, measure, and photograph your items, and add tracking details to our inventory management software, ControlPort™.
Step 2
Warehousing
Once checks are complete, place your goods into clean, safe storage, optimising space for each item to ensure cost efficiency. You only pay for what you use.
Step 3
Picking & packing
When an order is placed, our team use J&J’s custom-built tech to pick and pack your products. 98% of orders are dispatched the same day with 99.9% pick and pack precision.
Step 4
Shipping
We swiftly ship orders worldwide through our carrier network. Save costs on shipping thanks to our economies of scale, and our Carrier Team regularly negotiate the best rates on your behalf.
Step 5
Returns
All returns come back to us for rapid processing. We check, refund if needed, fix any damage, and prepare suitable goods for resale. Customers can track the returns process from start to finish.
