Easy online returns

Once we receive an order from your online store, we email your customer a unique link to ViewPort. This online portal, branded with your logo, allows them to track their order in real time and start a return.  

Customers are asked to select a reason for their return from a list. This provides expert, structured data to reduce future returns.  

You’re in control

Our returns management process puts you in full control. You can specify standard return postage options and decide what to do with returned items – whether they’re inspected and restocked or forwarded to you.  

Every order has a unique serial number and barcode, making it easy to identify returns needing special attention. You and your customers can track them online, reducing the need for ‘where’s my refund?’ support inquiries.
