Can I still use ViewPort if I don’t offer returns?

Absolutely. If you don’t offer returns but still want to give your customers a unique tracking experience, you can disable the returns element of ViewPort with a click of a button.

How can I add my own branding to ViewPort?

ViewPort can be customised with your own logo and brand colours through ControlPort. It only takes a couple of minutes to make ViewPort your own!

How much does ViewPort cost?

There is no standing charge or set-up cost associated with ViewPort. We use a pay-as-you-go model, and you’ll be charged just £0.03 per order if you have ViewPort enabled

I’d prefer not to use ViewPort. Can I switch it off?

Of course. While we’re really proud of this software, we understand that you may have other solutions or prefer not to use it. If you change your mind, you can switch it on at any time.

Is ViewPort available to all James and James clients?

Yes! It doesn’t matter which channels you sell on, what industry you’re in, or how big or small your business is. ViewPort is available to everyone.
