How it all began

The J&J story began in 2010, when two Cambridge University graduates were struggling to find a fulfilment partner that were capable of supporting their eCommerce honey business.

A fulfilment business was born

After working with multiple fulfilment companies, James Hyde and James Strachan began to get fed up with outdated systems, inefficient operations, and unhappy customers. So, instead of moving to the next fulfilment partner, they founded their own. James and James Fulfilment was born.

Continued growth

Fast-forward to 2024, and James and James Fulfilment has evolved into J&J and grown bigger than any of us could have imagined.

A growing team of over 350 talented employees, an international network of fulfilment centres and world-first tech that provides our clients with complete visibility of the here and now, and of the future, enabling them to grow on global scale.

Award-winning visibility

Over the course of our journey, we’ve scooped up two Queen’s Awards for Enterprise and International Trade, Financial Times 1000 status, and made the Sunday Times’ list of 100 fastest growing UK businesses, twice.
