The Parliamentary Review features James and James as “best practice”

The Parliamentary Review – an annual review of industry best practice, authored by ministers, business leaders and top journalists – has showcased James and James Fulfilment as a “best practice representative” in its latest Business Services issue.
Co-founder and CEO, James Hyde (pictured), is featured in the publication – which is distributed to 500,000 business leaders and policy makers – alongside Prime Minister, Theresa May, Tech UK CEO, Julian David, and other C-level executives from top technology businesses.
In his submission, James describes how the idea for our eCommerce fulfilment service emerged, how it helped the company grow rapidly across the UK, US and Australasia, and how Brexit might impact that growth.
James also discusses the ever-changing expectations of online shoppers and retailers – including the demand for faster delivery, simpler returns and real-time tracking – and how the company is responding.
