On 27 June, we hosted our Future of eCommerce Scale Up Event.
It was a great afternoon, with talks discussing modern tax compliance, the future of AI in eCommerce, as well as a great brand story from one of our fantastic clients, Tom Holmes of Tom’s Trunks.
There were also opportunities to chat and network, ask our speakers questions, meet some of the James and James Team, and tour our Northampton offices and fulfilment centre.
As usual, we filmed the talks on the day and have compiled them into a video so you can watch back or catch them for the first time.

It all began in 2010, when James Hyde and James Strachan couldn’t find a modern shipping service for the eCommerce business they ran. Faced with messy warehouses based on out-dated systems, they decided to build their own.
We’ve not stood still since, helping hundreds of online brands scale up – and scaling with them.
